What is your return and refund policy?
For hygiene and product safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or sprayed. However, unopened products in their original factory-sealed packaging can be returned within eligibility guidelines, and refunds are processed within 3 business days following inspection.
How long does delivery take?
